2-Year Workmanship Guarantee

What is covered

Pure Electric Solutions Ltd includes a workmanship guarantee at no extra charge for 24 months from completion of the relevant work, where included with or referred to in your agreed quotation or contract. It covers electrical installation, alteration and repair work carried out by us, including subcontractors working on our behalf.

Putting a covered problem right

If a defect arises during the guarantee period because of our workmanship, we will inspect it and put the covered work right free of charge, including necessary labour and materials, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

Clear and fair terms

This is workmanship cover. Product warranties are separate, and your legal rights concerning goods we supply remain unaffected. Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage or subsequent alterations by others are excluded only to the extent that they caused the problem. The full document explains the scope and exclusions.

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and put things right, where practicable. Do not delay urgent action needed for safety or to prevent damage.
